Holistic Assessment

Our introduction call + client intake questionnaire will give me the opportunity to really get to know your child’s sleep situation, your family’s goals and preferences, and other pertinent information. I believe in taking into consideration all the components of sleep to make a plan in which you feel comfortable and confident!

 
 

Customized Sleep Plan

You will receive a custom sleep plan that is specific to your child and your goals! Your plan contains all of the information you need for implementing the program every step of the way.

1:1 Support

You will choose how much support you need while implementing your plan! Whether you want to just be told what to do or you want daily guidance, reassurance, and accountability for two weeks, we will find the perfect package for your family.

How It Works

1. Introductory Call

On this free call, we will discuss your current sleep situation and goals, I’ll answer any questions you have about my process, and we will discuss which package will be best for your family! You’ll be under no obligation to book on this call. I highly encourage you to discuss with your partner and purchase when you are ready!

2. Intake Process

Once you purchase a package, I will send you my New Client Intake Questionnaire and you will complete a 3-day sleep log. This will ensure I have all necessary information while making your custom sleep plan. After receiving this information from you, your sleep plan will be ready in 2-3 days!

3. Kick Off

We will have our 1 hour Kick Off Call in which we will go over your entire plan together, making sure you feel confident in implementing each component! You’ll be prepared and ready to make positive change for your child’s sleep!

4. Support

During our support time (1-2 weeks), I will be there via Voxer (voice text/text) and video calls to answer any questions, troubleshoot, and hold you accountable. Most importantly, I’ll be your friend and cheerleader every step of the way until you meet your sleep goals!
