No judgement. Just compassion. And a plan.

I’ve got you. We’ve got this.

I’m Lindsay.

I’m a sleep consultant,

but first, I’m a mama.

At some point, I've been exactly where you are, dealing with any number of sleep challenges. Whether it was my baby not sleeping through the night, my toddler fighting naps and calling for us throughout the night, or my preschooler making bedtime a marathon of requests and stalling that made us lose our minds at the end of each day, I've seen it before.

My love of all things SLEEP began with my first baby, 6 yrs ago. I was living in NYC, and my husband was working crazy hours. By the weekend, when we could finally spend time together as a family, I was so exhausted and defeated I couldn't simply enjoy our new life with our son. He wasn't sleeping. I wasn't sleeping. I was supposed to be out of the newborn fog and enjoying this precious time with my baby.

After much encouragement from my parents and our pediatrician, I found a program that taught me how to sleep train my son. It was a comprehensive plan that took into account all the puzzle pieces of teaching him independent sleep. It wasn't easy but I knew it was important. He needed long stretches of sleep for proper development, and I NEEDED sleep to be the mother I wanted to be. Days after implementing this plan, he was sleeping through the night. Our days were predictable and enjoyable; our nights were sweet and peaceful. Finally, he was a happy well-rested baby, and I was a happy, thriving HUMAN!

Since then, it has been a passion of mine to help family and friends with sleep issues, big or small. I decided to train to be a certified pediatric sleep consultant so I can help families have this same success.

So what is my "WHY'? My "why" is YOU. My fellow mama.

You deserve to be well-rested and happy. Sleep should not be a luxury. I hope I can meet you where you are with your child’s sleep and help you get where you want to be!

I believe…

  • You know your child best. I’m here to educate and guide you.

  • It’s never too late to teach your child how to sleep independently.

  • In creating a non-judgmental, compassionate environment when helping empower my families to teach their child to be an independent sleeper.

  • Every child is different, and one method does not work for all.

  • In using science and research/evidence-based methods for sleep training.

  • In staying by your side, supporting and encouraging you until you meet your sleep goals!
